You get a real range from our Instant Quote tool in about 60 seconds, based on square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, service type, and add-ons. Recurring plans are fixed rate with a 60-day price lock. We only revise a quote after a walkthrough for larger estates or unusual conditions, and any change is agreed in writing before we start.

Every visit includes dusting all reachable surfaces, kitchens (counters, exterior of appliances, sinks, cooktop), bathrooms (tubs, showers, toilets, mirrors, fixtures), bedrooms and living areas, floors vacuumed and mopped, and trash out. Interior fridge, interior oven, interior windows, and inside-cabinet detail are add-ons so you only pay for what you need.

Yes — professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly, pet-safe products come with the team. If you prefer specific products (allergies, stone surfaces, luxury finishes), we're happy to use yours and note the preference on your account so every visit follows it.
