Do I have to be home during the cleaning?+
Not at all. Most of our recurring clients provide a door code or key, and we treat access with the same discretion as a private household.
Do you bring your own supplies?+
Yes. We arrive with everything we need, including eco-friendly and pet-safe options. If you prefer specific products, we're happy to use yours.
What if I'm not satisfied with a clean?+
Let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right at no charge. Reputation is everything to us.
Do you offer recurring discounts?+
Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly memberships receive a fixed rate with a 60-day price lock, plus member perks like complimentary seasonal add-ons.
